PROJECT INVOLVEMENT: SCHEMATIC TO DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE

This 150 sq.m. adaptive reuse project in Taguig City transforms an existing structure into a modern Clinic, Diagnostic & Laboratory Services center, strategically located within a residential community to provide accessible healthcare solutions.

The ground floor prioritizes patient convenience with a receiving area, waiting area, pathologist’s office, and extraction area for seamless diagnostic procedures. The second floor houses the clinic, treatment/ultrasound room, and specialized laboratories for hematology and microscopy, ensuring comprehensive medical assessments. The third floor is dedicated to drug testing services, with a waiting area, laboratory workspace, and storage room for efficient operations.

By integrating functionality, patient‑centered design, and adaptive reuse principles, this project enhances accessibility, efficiency, and quality care in an urban setting — a testament to SRF Innovative Building Solutions’ expertise in healthcare architecture and community‑focused design.
