PROJECT INVOLVEMENT: SCHEMATIC TO CONSTRUCTION PHASE

This 150 sq.m. facility in Taguig City has been thoughtfully converted into a Clinic, Diagnostic & Laboratory Services center, strategically located within a residential community to provide accessible healthcare solutions to nearby patients and clients.

The ground floor is designed for patient convenience, featuring a receiving area, waiting area, pathologist’s office, and extraction area for seamless diagnostic procedures. The second floor houses the clinic, treatment/ultrasound room, and specialized laboratory spaces for hematology and microscopy, ensuring comprehensive medical assessments. The third floor is dedicated to drug testing services, with a waiting area, laboratory workspace, and storage room for efficient operations.

This adaptive reuse project transforms existing structures into functional, patient-centered healthcare environments—enhancing accessibility, efficiency, and quality care in urban communities.
