Arch. Rebecca Vanessa DL. Rellosa, UAP is a seasoned architect with expertise in design-build, master planning, and heritage projects. She earned her Architecture degree from U P Diliman in 2004 and a Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning in 2006. A UAP member since 2008, she led the UAP QC Diliman Chapter as President in 2015, earning Outstanding Chapter President honors. She later chaired key UAP committees and served as UAP Executive Director for the Commission on Internal Affairs, overseeing 8 committees as such Chapter Organization, Membership, General Welfare, Awards, Ways & Means, By Laws and Information Technology. Arch. Justo I. Santos Jr., a registered architect with over 30 years of experience, has shaped landmark projects across Southeast Asia. Educated at Saint Louis University, he contributed to the Star Petroleum Refinery Complex in Thailand, Kuala Lumpur International Airport, 1Utama Shopping Centre, and Putrajaya developments. A sustainability advocate, he is a certified GreenRE and GBI Facilitator. Since 1995, he has been based in Malaysia, leading green building initiatives. A dedicated UAP member, he made history as the first foreign-based Regional District Director for District B3 in FY 2019–2020, further advancing architectural excellence and sustainability.

Arch. Richard Miren R. Franco, UAP, is a visionary architect with a career rooted in merging creative vision and practical solutions. Graduating from Far Eastern University in 2006 and becoming a licensed architect by 2008, his work is deeply influenced by Japanese design principles and modernist contemporary ethos. As the former UAP Makati CBD Chapter President and Charter Chairman of the UAP Asia Pacific Council, he has chaired various UAP Committees, demonstrating leadership and commitment to the architectural community. He believes architecture can transcend time, solving spatial challenges while retaining functional and aesthetic relevance. Known for his client-centered approach, Arch. Franco creates tailored designs that seamlessly integrate client needs with architectural integrity, earning him a reputation for innovative and cohesive solutions.
